What if I’m already a member?
Your current subscription and downloads remain available. Sign in to view your details; this new proposal does not change your existing terms.
How many credits are included?
We’re finalising amounts, per-action costs and expiry rules for the new plan. You’ll see them clearly before subscribing or confirming an action.
Can I edit the covers myself?
Yes. The plan is to let you download the available cover files and edit them on your computer. Formats will be listed on each product.
What if I’d rather have your team do it?
You’ll be able to request an edit from your account and pay for the listed add-ons. The new model removes the base cover price for members; extras and any discounts will be shown before payment.
Can I pause or cancel?
The new account will include subscription management. Duration, credit impact and pause conditions will be shown before confirmation. Your current contract applies in the meantime.
